First time visitors usually don’t know what they could want to see and experience. There are the advertised spots, the old town for instance. But besides that?
As a “greet” is different from a classical guided tourist’s tour what could you want, what can you expect?
Just to give you some ideas we’ve compiled a few suggestions.

What will you do during the “greet”?
You work that out together with your greeter. Either before the greet or at the beginning of it. Of course you can just let the greeter decide where she or he will walk with you.
It’s always a good idea to spend some time together over a drink in a bar or cafe, either at the beginning of the meeting or some time later. This gives you the opportunity to get to know each other a little, to tell your greeter about your interests, maybe your professional background, your past travels and what you liked etc. The greeter can share with you information about what you can do, where you can go out for dinner etc. etc.
The walk with the greeter can’t provide a complete picture of the town, it’s simply impossible to see everything. You will get a rather personal, individual impression of some parts of town.
How long does it take?
A greet typically takes some 2-3 hours. Sometimes it’s shorter, sometimes longer, depending on time available, on the weather, on interests and so on.
